If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will offer a full refund, store credit, or exchanges for similar products (your preference) for items returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount for items returned due to customer preference.
